Justicia may not be your destination if you're a first timer in Madrid and may want to stay in the thick of touristier areas. If you wake up in a grumpy mood, by the time you reach the front desk and Natalia says ”Hola!” with a big smile, your mood is sure to change. And Natalia must be the happiest person in Madrid. Sergio, Gabriel, Andrea and company just want to make you feel welcome and will go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. But the true nature of the place is the staff. The hotel has its amenities including a popular bar in the courtyard. I stayed there twice during a recent trip to Europe and found a cozy and comfy place in the heart of town but in a district that still hasn't been completely conquered (or spoiled) by hordes of tourists. It has cafes and a beer hall and a few restos. ![]() It's a squarish plaza and park and terraza all rolled into one.
